We took Porter to the Portland Children's Museum last week. It is located next to the zoo which we have visited several times. His first trip to the museum was a hit! It is essentially a childrens' indoor playground with themes throughout the museum. They had a water theme park where he could splash around and play in different pools. He loved it! They wore rubber aprons to wear. There was also a "vet" themed area where Porter could practice examining stuffed animals. He liked the otoscopes to check their ears! His favorite part was the "theater" room where they have a stage and can pretend to be acting. He loved when people clapped for him.
